Shari Isaak As Owner and Senior Trainer at Isaak Studios, I'm excited about bringing top quality instruction to the area. I have been trained in the STOTT Method since 2001. Since my initial training I have attended numerous trainings including Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer, Jump board Interval Training, Pilates for Men, Breast Cancer rehabilitation, Pre and Post Natal Reformer, to name a few. I believe that Pilates training is essential for injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. Having a lumbar injury, my Pilates training has been essential in my rehabilitation and pain control. I am happy to say that I've been pain free for four years!

Shawn Rommesmo has over 150 hours of STOTT Pilates training. This includes; Golf and Racket Sports, Injury and Special Populations, Intensive Reformer, and Advanced Reformer, in addition to other STOTT trainings. She has a B.A. from Concordia College, Moorhead and has taught group fitness classes for more than 18 years. Physical fitness has always played an important role in her life. The addition of Pilates to her personal fitness routine has given her the ability to take her workouts to a higher level. She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with others.

Heidi Ivesdal is an American Council on Exercise certified group exercise instructor since 1991. She has taught group exercise classes regularly since that time and has experience in formats like: step, circuit, interval classes, cycling, power toning, Body Bar and yoga. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 1997 and is currently employed by the West Fargo School District serving students with disabilities. In 2004, Heidi trained and became certified in the Stott method of Pilates on the Reformer. She has taken many continuing education classes on the Stott method and loves to teach it and see the changes made on a person's body when they apply these exercise principles!

Rhonda Johnson has been a certified group fitness instructor since 1994. Her repertoire has included boxing fomats, athletic-based training and strength building. Most recently Ronda has focused on teaching Bodyflow, Bodypump, Stott method Mat Pilates and cycling. Her interest in group fitness was piqued while training for marathons. She found that group fitness classes helped her maintain focus on her training goal, fostered camaraderie with other participants and motivated her beyond what she was able to do on her own. She aspires to deliver the same in her own classes. Ronda has a Masters Degree from North Dakota State University.
