Shari Isaak As Owner and Senior Trainer at Isaak Studios, I'm excited about bringing top quality instruction to the area. I have been trained in the STOTT Method since 2001. Since my initial training I have attended numerous trainings including Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer, Jump board Interval Training, Pilates for Men, Breast Cancer rehabilitation, Pre and Post Natal Reformer, to name a few. I believe that Pilates training is essential for injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.
Having a lumbar injury, my Pilates training has been essential in my rehabilitation and pain control. I am happy to say that I've been pain free for four years!

Shawn Rommesmo has over 150 hours of STOTT Pilates training. This includes; Golf and Racket Sports, Injury and Special Populations, Intensive Reformer, and Advanced Reformer, in addition to other STOTT trainings. She has a B.A. from Concordia College, Moorhead and has taught group fitness classes for more than 18 years. Physical fitness has always played an important role in her life.
The addition of Pilates to her personal fitness routine has given her the ability to take her workouts to a higher level. She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with others.

Cheryl Glasner
is a certified group fitness instructor in the Fargo area. Her focus is teaching Les Mills Body Flow classes. In her classes she aims to build flexibility and strength in her clients.
Ending each class with a sense of accomplishment and peace. She will be adding Stotts Matt Pilate's to resume .

Kyla Hastings is trained and certified in Stott Mat and Reformer Pilates. She has been practicing Pilates since 2006, starting after the birth of her oldest daughter,
in hopes of strengthening core muscles and alleviating low back pain. The benefits of her core training has been outstanding. She specializes in Athletic Conditioning and Pre/Post natal Stott tracts.
Kyla likes to live a healthy and active lifestyle, challenging herself with new fitness activities such as Triathlons, lifting weights, kettlebells, and yoga. Outside of the studio she loves to stay busy with her two daughters and husband!
